Proxy Harvesting also known as remote mining is the process of harvesting energy from an unclaimed room from a claimed one. Normally using Static Harvesting methods, but not always, the idea is gain more energy by using creeps to collect and transport energy from the sources in the room back to the main claimed room for use. This allows for far more energy to be collected than a normal claimed room could do alone and, when coupled with reserving the room allows for even more energy to be collected.
Not all rooms are worth harvesting from the user's claimed room however, as distance can make it too costly.
